month end Jan

I started this year not having much to do but what a month it turned out to be we hired interns and they couldnt handle the pressure, My 2 girls are gone but I'm happy Rebecca left as she has a vindictive side that has no place in this growing entity, enemies have surfaced and friends diasppeared but all the time new opportunities presented themselves looking forward to a great year

well last week we over spent a bit training materials were bought for more than 2 months as well as other expenses for the month i think this month will be the most expensive month in our history but our revenue is up so we will still be profitable

New intern Brumilda started today hope she does well, didnt get to spend too much time with her though got a few more days to get to know her before i have too make a decision though

Both Rebecca and Ronel have informed me that they are leaving the company at the end of the month. I think its because I said that if not one of them was willing to relocate to Cape Town then I would let one of them go and find someone else to go. I think they were trying to put pressure on me but I just decided to start an internship program where i will hire a few interns and then choose someone to go, there truly is opportunity in every difficulty

end of first week

Well here it is the end of first week. Since my last post i have been plagued by a few problems firstly who is going to cape town with me cause both girls seem to have their own problems who do i let go as it will now be a problem keeping both of them as it is unnecessary and i need to hire someone else to go with me and Thujani is still to find his feet as a sales manger

First week this year

Tuesday everything was cool, business as usual but, on wednesday our new sales manager must have realised that money was not going to fall from the sky, so in true loser fashion he attempts to change everything, he basically said that I dont know how to run my own business the same business that I built with almost no money and zero staff to the profitable machine it is in 22 months, I eventually got angry and he became a baby can you believe from king kong to a little sissy, he threw all his toys out the cot and left, that was cool I didnt mind, let the lazy S.O.B. leave but then he tried to develope business from our biggest client and this pissed me off really I called him and really went off at him cause now he wants to steal business from us, but the client called me and blew him off.
Thursday nothing much happened except for a price increase from our supplier, it cool though, paid some bills an thats that
Today paid some more bills did some planning and looking forward to buying that new golf GTI

1st day back

Wow what a great feeling being back at work (I've only been off for 3 days but is the only 3 days in years) I've announced today that I've semi-retired as my staff are now both capable and sufficiently motivated to handle the day to day operations of the business------------- truth be told thoughn I think I'm just looking for a new challenge the only snag is that Rebecca was not in today but the business runs like an oiled machine so no complaints
